Painted My Bedroom Spring Green

I had a couple of days flaring that slowed me down a little, but today I got back on the horse (carefully) and painted my second rented room, my bedroom, a pretty, fresh Spring Green (you know the color of new leaves in the spring? Like that!)

I’m thrilled to have that particular job behind me, now I can finish arranging all my furniture, put my clothes away, and then put the rest of my books and other things away and in order. Then I can actually LIVE in my rooms like a human being– Yaaaay!

I’m painting the 3 trunk-boxes with the leftover wall paint so that I have matching storage containers. Should be very pretty!

I have a tiny bit of extra money from my first alimony check, so I can pick up a few things, including sheets and a comforter, in the accent color I’m choosing to do my room in (maybe lavender, maybe spice berry purple…)

Painting is fun, but I love getting it done and then enjoying it for many months to years the most. Its what I need to feel at home almost anywhere I live. White (or off-white) walls are so depressing to me.

And… I can’t think anymore due to excessive tiredness from all the work I’ve been doing getting settled in here. Good night!
