Supplement Regimen

For over a year, I’ve been neglecting my normal regimen of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements. I’ve been on medications, and had to take certain things as I battled depression and anxiety, but I was too scattered and unfocused to be on top of my health the way I really need to be.

Now I’m off several medications, and taking minimal amounts of others, and I’m getting a little more normalized life-wise, so I finally sat down, went through all my notes and all my supplements, got things in order– and started my routine up again.

This cold has kicked my butt pretty bad, and I’m really tired of feeling gross, but I felt pretty good about getting something done. I should be back on the ball in no time.

Meanwhile, a bunch of my friends all over the place are attending the Women’s Marches in Portland or Salem Oregon or Seattle or Vancouver Washington. I get exhausted walking across the house and back! Rotten timing… Not that I’m much for protesting, but this was one I could get behind– and I admit I love the idea of pink pussy hats all over the place! =^D

If anyone on my flist is going to a march, I wish them well and please know I’m with you in spirit, even if my body bagged out on this one!
