In response to Jon’s article on Wednesday, Andre Bird sends this information about a little-known region of Brazil largely populated by Europeans.

On the advice of a hotel receptionist in Montevideo, I went to Florianopolis in Brazil.
I looked around…hmm, not bad, not bad at all… I rented a car and explored the coastline approximately 150 km North and then South from Florianopolis. Amazing beaches, one after another….mostly empty, all for myself, although it was 25+ Celsius and sun. Here is the sweet spot, I made my decision.
When I returned to Santa Catarina with my family a few months later, I discovered that the mountainous part of Santa Catarina was a totally different world. My wife gave her approval, this is the right place! After many more visits and two years of research, we bought our first properties, near the beach and in the mountains. There were a few very interesting coincidences…but I do not believe there was some guidance to find these specific places…
…In Santa Catarina Some people claim that Brazil is a “shithole” – yes, this term fits for a big part of Brazil. However, these people are ignorant – Brazil is huge, can fit 2 EU-s in there, it is also highly diverse. The northern part of Brazil is mostly black, middle part mostly Indian heritage. The south is predominantly white. Most people are not aware of this “white” part of Brazil. Yes, Santa Catarina state is way different – mainly white population and safe. Very little violent crime, really. Brazil as a country may go down (highly likely most if not all countries will, just look around you, this is a plan), however, some REGIONS are more crisis-proof than others.
As far as climate and natural beauty go, Santa Catarina is quite a paradise indeed. However, most people have not heard of this place. To get some impression, just look up internet images by typing „Santa Catarina, beaches”, and then „Santa Catarina mountains”. That will get you started.
There are drawbacks, naturally. For example, is really hard to do business in Brazil, even in Santa Catarina, the country is just anti-entrepreneurial. The level of stupidity is high, the regulations are horrible–papers, forms, permissions. A lot of lost time and nerve cells. Brazil is ranked 109 among 190 economies in the ease of doing business, according to the latest World Bank annual ratings. The rank of Brazil improved to 109 in 2018 from 125 in 2017. Land registers work fine, however and regulations to do real estate deals are quite tolerable.
SAFE HAVEN
After doing my due diligence, I consider Santa Catarina to be one of the best regions for strategic relocation in the world! Great potential for rural living, own water, food, energy – this is what will matter the most! Amazingly beautiful. Everybody knows about the beautiful beaches there, however, the mountain region is not so well known.
Only 2.5 hours from the coast and you are more than 1000m above the sea level. Some small cities still have entrance signs in German. Italians, Latvians, Ukrainians…These people knew where to go. A lot of food – everything grows and fast. Amazing variety of edible and herbal plants. Energy - a lot of biomass, micro-hydro and solar. Water – the region sits on a top of Guarani, the largest known aquifer system in the world. Subtropical, more agreeable climate. I consider having four seasons a privilege. In the mountains, it can even snow sometimes but just for a few days. No skiing, unfortunately.
Oh, and NO earthquakes, NO volcanoes, NO tornadoes, NO hurricanes. NO tsunamis… Need I say more? I bought some rural properties in Santa Catarina and I am spending more and more time here now, in my quite perfect paradise. I still go home to Estonia, for summer months only, when it is colder in Santa Catarina. I am developing lands and subdividing now to sell some exclusive properties. For friends, for good people, like „by invitation” only. I am very happy with my strategic relocation decision. Very happy indeed.
Insurance is best when you have it. You will not be able to purchase any insurance after an event has already happened. It is better to be one year early than one day late. Better safe than sorry. Your future life may depend on this kind of decision.
EMIGRATION
To buy a life hedge property here, one needs a permanent visa, Investment of 500,000 Brl ($130K US) gives a right to apply. The process may take a few months. Brazilian investment visa program is one of the best such programs available and there some great additional bonuses.
People coming now from the US, from Europe. My best friend here is from Texas; another from Italy; we share the same world view. I saw the demand and started a company to help other people to get their permanent visas and to make profitable investments.
Recently, a couple came from Germany and bought a few hectares of land. They had only one word for Europe – Fucked. I sadly have to agree, Europe is committing suicide as we speak and is geopolitically in quite a danger.
This region of Brazil is one of the few places in the world where real estate prices will highly likely grow, while in Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Scandinavia and in many other countries there are huge RE bubble bugs searching for windshields. Life Hedge quality of the land is THE driver. So beautiful, with amazing life-supporting energy, I would call it divine, God just will not make land like this any more!

NOTE: The state has 6.7 million people but the largest cities, Joinville and Florianopolis are roughly 600,000.
Santa Catarina, where the vast majority of the population descends from European settlers, is also the state with the highest percentage of European phenotype citizens.

I’d like to know exactly when Henry’s site morphed from an
“Anti-feminist/anti-communist” site into a “White
supremacy/anti-people of color site”? I’d like to flip Andre Bird the
“Bird” and wish him the best of luck in his white Utopia even though
white people are not suited for this climate because of their lack of
melanin in their skin and are completely out of their ecosystem;
That’s why skin cancer is rampant in Australia. Pasty skin is not
suited for tropical climates. Andre better stay out of the sun and
pray the Natives don’t take revenge for plundering their ancestral
lands. Plus he better pray when the SHTF that the blacks that live in

North America and South America already had many founding aboriginal
nations before Jews showed up in their sloops. Natives caused their
own downfall because many of them through their cultural kindness,
kept feeding White people and would have been better off if they let
them all starve.
