Will Muslim Riots Affect Americans?

We have seen it play out on YouTube, the national and international news channels and of course the talk shows that highlight so called “experts” who know everything. We heard them spout their opinions of what the French magazine “Charlie Hebdo” did just days after the attack by posting still another depiction of the profit Mohamed. I thought of publishing the photo here but I struggled with the idea that it would be promoting the radical Muslim ideas and inciting more hatred toward more non-muslims or would it be another free ad for the magazine that some people now view as capitalizing on the tragedy by posting still another picture and instead of printing their normal 50K copies, they have printed millions of copies and are now profiting handsomely from the deaths of their fellow employees. If you want to see the photo cover, it is easy enough to just do an internet search.

I will not give you my opinion on what side of the fence I fall on because this blog is not written to express my views (though I normally do) on printed pictures but it is designed to express the hypocrisy that some religions are made fun of on a daily basis such as Christians, Jews, Catholics and many more and to look at our system as it has become. I can’t be the only one who notices that when the aforementioned religions are made fun of and picked on that no one gets killed and no one riots. No these religions get offered, they get frustrated and they get hurt but for the most part, you never see them call for the killing of all non- “fill in your religion here” people. They don’t want indiscriminate violence carry out around the world and they don’t have training camps that teach people how to kill others.

So, are Americans in any more danger then they were just a few short weeks ago when all of this started? The answer is yes and no. Your chances of becoming a target are largely tied to your geographic location not just what nationality you are. Hey if you are an American who is in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan or any other country that is sympathetic to the intolerance of anyone who questions his or her religious beliefs then yes you are in more danger. If you happen to be in areas where there is a large concentration of Americans such as big cities or large events then yes you are in more danger. But if you are like most of us, just leading your life and doing what most good Americans are doing then no you probably have little chance of being attacked by a terrorist.

Our real problem now is that we as a nation have lost focus on what matters. If you are stumped by what this is then let me remind you. We have always called our self “The Greatest Nation In The World” but what does that really mean? It means we used to provide an opportunity for all of our citizens to be able to get a good job or start their own business and be part of the fabric that at one time made our nation strong.

I always hear that we are a global economy now and this is true but we also need to get back to CREATING! What so I mean by creating? WE NEED TO MAKE STUFF! If you don’t think so then just turn over any product that you buy now and check where it is made. The odds are that it was made in China. I say this because almost everything we buy now comes from China. This would include toys, clothing, electronics, furniture, food, jewelry and many more items. I could make this list as long as I want to but I think you get the picture.

So how do we fix this? It really is quite simple and we all know it. We need to have our government convinced to start supporting our small businesses. We need less regulation and lower (small business taxation). I reside in California and we are saddled with more regulations than any other state in America and we also have some of the highest taxes. Another thing we are known for is that more business move out every year to more accommodating states with fewer regulations and less taxes. Guess what happens to those companies that move to other states and don’t get supported by those states or over taxed? They leave those states and go to other counties.

We don’t need more laws; we already have way to many. Those folks on capital hill not only don’t have the best interest of the majority of the people they were elected by at heart but they are in bed with huge corporations that also don’t want you to be happy and healthy. They just keep creating more and more laws that put more and more small businesses out!

Image if tomorrow every large corporate fast food joint in America closed? What if at the same time every soda company went out of business? Now I am not saying any business should ever go out of business but we, as Americans need to start making some smarter choices. If we didn’t buy the junkie fast food and drank something healthy like say, “water”, how would our lives change? We would be healthier, we would be stronger, we could bring back local farmers because we wouldn’t need the highly processed foods and maybe we wouldn’t need all of the medications from the ill effects of these products.

So what does this all have to do with Muslim protests? Simply put it our poor decisions are killing our jobs  and leaving our young people in despair and distrust and if you want to see how that can grow home grown terrorist, take a look at my blog from my last newsletter.

Terrorist update 1/17/16. We as you can see from the previous events in the  san bernardino terrorist attacks it is becoming more and more a US problem. The big question is do the San Bernardino attacks mean more are coming?
