These additions are the latest in a series of key hires all aimed at building a sales organization that provides their industry partners with “best in class” sales support and customer service.
Kevin Winscher and Mike Sullivan join the team and bring a combined 35 years of outdoor products sales experience to the H.S. sales team.
“We’re excited to have Kevin and Mike as team members because they bring a level of sales management experience and analytics expertise that will be a huge advantage to us,” said Mac Plummer, H.S. Senior Vice President of Sales. “They have only been with us for a short time and have already made significant contributions towards reaching our company goals.”
Kevin Winscher brings with him over a decade of experience in the outdoor sporting goods industry and has worked intimately within all channels of trade. Most recently Kevin worked as the Regional Sales Director for Zeiss Sports Optics leading sales agency representatives, as well as managing national chain sporting goods retailers, buy groups and distributors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an M.B.A from Webster University.
Mike Sullivan has over twenty years of industry experience within all trade channels including sales leadership and key account management positions with Mann’s Bait Company, Simmons Optics and most recently, 14 years with PRADCO Outdoor Brands. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Radford University. Mike lives in Alpharetta, Georgia just minutes away from the new HS headquarters.
