Doylestown, Pa. (Ammoland.com) – The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) is pleased to announce the fall edition of The Tactical Edge is now available. Widely considered to be the leading authority in tactical operations information, The Tactical Edge reaches over 60,000 law enforcement officers from over 8,000 agencies and divisions.
Featured in this issue is Phil Hansen’s “Values-Driven Leadership in Difficult Times.” In this article, Hansen discusses how it is essential to provide sound leadership and a sense of cohesiveness, even when law enforcement is figuratively and literally under attack, to develop the bonds that bind by shared common values.

Ramirez, founding partner of the law firm Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, in which he discusses what SWAT operators need to know from a legal perspective and the role he has played in shaping law enforcement tactics over the last two decades; and a look back at the 2016 NTOA Tactical Operations Conference and Trade Show.
