Weatherby Hires Steve Tremaine as Vice President of Finance, Accounting

PASO ROBLES, Calif. -(Ammoland.com)- In late February, Weatherby welcomed Steve Tremaine to its staff of industry-leading professionals.

At the position of Vice President of Finance and Accounting for the global firearms brand, Tremaine’s responsibilities include leading the Finance and Accounting team towards improved financial reporting, analysis, and implementation of Weatherby’s new ERP system.

According to Steve, “Every objective contributes to Weatherby’s mission to accelerate responsiveness and improve dealer and customer satisfaction.”

Prior to joining Weatherby, Steve Tremaine was the CFO at The Ulven Companies located in Hubbard, Oregon; and Finance Executive at Xerox Inc. located in Rochester, New York.

The experience gained at those companies prepared Tremaine to bring the best practices to Weatherby’s Finance team, which partners with Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, and Operations on a daily basis.

Tremaine earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University, a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at Washington State University, and an MBA at Oregon State University.
