‘Road to Change’ Repeating Stealth Tactic from Prior Bloomberg Bus Tour

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Conspicuoulsy (and intentionally) missing is the road map.

USA – -(Ammoland.com)- “The Road to Change kicks off on Friday, June 15 in Chicago, where we’ll be joining the Peace March, led by students from St. Sabina Academy,” the professionally produced and obviously well-financed March for Our Lives website announces. “From there we are traveling from city to city, with more than 50 planned stops in over 20 states including Iowa, Texas, California, South Carolina, and Connecticut. We’ll also hold a separate Florida tour with more than 25 stops, visiting every congressional district.”

That’s a curious starting point, considering fanatical anti-gun “priest” Michael Pfleger not only urged a mob to “snuff out” a legal firearms dealer “like a rat” a few years back, but is now distancing himself from a supporter arrested on illegal gun charges who has been identified as part of his “security” apparatus.

These people are tripping and falling on their faces right out of the starting gate.

There’s another curious thing about all the hoopla over the pending tour that’s starting to be noticed by a handful of Facebook followers.

“Is there a schedule?” one asks. “We travel and want to know when and where we can be part of this!”

“Could you please share your schedule of stops so we may gather our young people to hear and heed your words?” requests another.

Good luck with that. Sure, you can sign up and get notices right before a media stop is coming to your area, but where is the consolidated itinerary of cities, locations, dates and times, and is withholding that information intentional?

Michael Bloomberg’s wholly-owned Everytown pulled the same stealth deployment on its “No More Names” tour a few years back (which included the name of Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev). As I observed at the time:

There are two conceivable reasons a tour the group obviously and desperately wants to generate publicity for would withhold that information.

The first would be for security reasons, or at least that would be the excuse given if one wanted to portray gun owners who oppose Bloomberg’s self-financed crusade against the right of his countrymen to keep and bear arms as dangerous. If that is the case, it becomes fair to ask if the bus will be accompanied throughout its trip with armed security, or if local police resources will be dragooned (and reimbursed, so that taxpayers opposed to Bloomberg’s schemes won’t be required to help foot his bills).

The second and more likely reason, considering the AstroTurf nature of Bloomberg ventures demonstrated time and again, would be to keep the grassroots from embarrassing his road show by mustering overwhelming support for gun rights and against citizen disarmament, and stealing the spotlight at what were to be carefully-controlled staged events.

What this looks like is calculated willing media exploitation — get the bus tour on the local news, get a lot of exposure from friendly “Authorized Journalists” on friendly turf to create the impression of widespread grassroots support — and then move on, doing it in a way to minimize the chances of the opposition having time to mount an effective counter-protest. In other words, it will be a continuation of the M.O. Bloomberg continually employs as to make support for his personal fetish appear much larger and more intense than it is, and to make opposition appear negligible.

Go ahead and text “Change” to 977-79 if you want to, especially if you can put together a quick response group.

“We are going to be marching together as students begging for our lives,” Cameron Kasky asserted at the initial “march,” right before declaring “Welcome to the revolution!” (Between that, David Hogg’s clenched fist and armband, and Emma González’s Castro affinity, self control-challenged juveniles may be revealing more cards than adult subversives playing the long game think prudent.)

Armed Americans don’t beg. And “revolution” talk from those who do sounds unconvincing.

Because we will not disarm. And those words rightfully scare the hell out of those exploiting “survivors” who would control all.

On the flip side, recycling stale ideas that didn’t work the first time doesn’t exactly return the sense of trepidation.  Especially when we can see the gun-grabbers are afraid of gun owners once more stealing their thunder at their own events, up to and including noticing when the buses break down.
