The real threat is not North Korea

While the propaganda media and establishment elites try to “scare people to death” over North Korea and the prospect of nuclear war – and, by implication, instant or quick death — with a country that can’t feed its people or hit a target smaller than the ocean with its missiles, multinational corporations with U.S. sanction are killing crops, pollinators and Americans slowly with chemical deaths.

Peak growing season is seeing farmers posting photographs to social media showing their fields of beans, peach orchards and vegetable gardens withering away. Millions of acres of farmland across the country have been damaged by the herbicide dicamba.

Chemical and seed giants Monsanto, DuPont and BASF SE create GMO crops able to withstand dicamba so big farms use it to kill weeds. But it kills and damages non-GMO crops nearby as it drifts across neighboring fields. This is not a new phenomenon, but one that has gotten increasingly worse with the creation of GMO soybean and cotton that resists dicamba and its use spreads.

It’s gotten so bad that some states – Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee among them – have placed restrictions on dicamba’s use at certain times in the growing season.

Illinois farmer Larry Martin told Bloomberg news the situation is the worse he’s seen in his 35 years of farming. The third-generation farmer claims an 80-acre soybean field has been damaged by dicamba and is now stunted and wrinkled.

Arkansas soybean grower Joe McLemore is facing loss of his life savings after 800 acres of his 1,026 acres of soybeans have been damaged.

A group of farmers has sued BASF, Monsanto and DuPont in federal court in Missouri for compensation.

Monsanto, which this year sold 20 million acres worth of GMO soybean seeds and 5 million acres of GMO cotton seeds, blames farmers using illegal, off-label (i.e., non-Monsanto) dicamba that are more volatile and more prone to drift.

The EPA is reportedly reviewing the situation and is “very concerned.” But it’s not so concerned that it and other government alphabet soup agencies will end the use of GMO foods and crops and the mass-spraying of pesticides and herbicides in order to consider how they affect people, crops and pollinators.

Dicamba has been shown to be toxic by ingestion, by inhalation and dermal exposure in rats. Rabbits exposed to it delivered babies with low birth weights and showed an increase in miscarriages.

In every story about disease in America we are told that incidents of the disease are increasing and no one ever seems to know (or care) why. See this article in the Los Angeles Times, which claims:

Each year in the United States, some 40,000 people get a new diagnosis of Type-1 diabetes, a disorder that can upend a life of carefree eating and reduce life expectancy by a decade. Like many auto-immune disorders, including celiac disease and lupus, the incidence of Type-1 diabetes appears to have risen sharply. Diagnoses of Type-1 diabetes have escalated at an annual average of 4% in recent decades.

It’s because we are under a daily chemical assault from the air, water and food. And like vaccinations, the cause and effect is separated so that no one ever puts 2 and 2 together.

But it’s killing far more people than a pudgy midget tin pot dictator with a bad haircut and newly-discovered miniaturized nuclear weapons could ever accomplish.
