FEDS LIED - Russia Warned FBI Of Bombers Saudi Terrorist Ties Again Just 6 Months Ago
Despite continuing lies from the federal government intelligence sources now confirm to NBC the FBI was contacted at least twice by Russian intelligence about Boston Bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s ties to Islamic extremists he met in Russia.
Specifically the FBI was handed Tamerlan’s case files from Russian Intelligence, along with another request to investigate hime, just 6 months ago in November after he was spotted meeting with the leader of an underground Salafi Jihadist militant terrorist cell several times last summer.
The latest revelations come as the federal government continues its cover up of the recently deported Saudi National who has numerous ties to Islamic Salafi militants including top-ranking Al Qaeda members.
To be clear, the FBI stated it did not recieve any additional information or a request for a follow up from the Russian government after the initial 2011 incident while the media dismissed the failure to act a simple case of the agency being overworked with false reports from foreign governments:
CNN reported the request to investigate Tsarnaev, who died during last week’s manhunt in Watertown, Mass., came from the FSB, which is the post-Soviet successor to the KGB, and that it is “rare” for a Russian intelligence agency to ask the FBI to look into an individual. However, the former counterterrorism executive we spoke with, described it as a “very common” occurrence.
“It’s not that rare at all,” the former counterterrorism executive said. “The FSB is part of the counterterrorism working group and they very commonly will send over requests via phone or via email. … Those requests are not that uncommon between the FBI, particularly the FBI headquarters counterterrorism division and the FSB at the Russian Embassy.”
The Counterterrorism Working Group is a program coordinated by the State Department and its counterparts in Russia to have agencies in both countries “cooperate closely on law enforcement matters.” Through the working group, there are annual, in-person meetings between FBI and FSB personnel. The former FBI counterterrorism executive we spoke with participated in those meetings and “dealt quite a bit with the Russian government” including taking a trip to Moscow.
While these tips are common, the former FBI executive told us agents need to be “cautious” and take information from foreign governments about people living in the United States with “a grain of salt.”
“Generally speaking, certain foreign governments try to keep track of their expatriates, especially those who are outspoken on human rights issues,” the former executive explained. “Countries will submit names to us and will say, you know, this guy’s a bad guy, a terrorist, or a drug trafficker, or whatever. And what you have to be careful about is, you may be being used as a proxy by a foreign government or a foreign intelligence agency to keep track of or to report back on their expatriate community in the United States. Their intent may not be as straightforward as determining whether or not they’re a terrorist or not.”
According to a statement released by the FBI on Friday, the bureau did follow up on a tip it received from a “foreign government” that Tsarnaev was a “follower of radical Islam” who was planning to travel abroad to “join unspecified underground groups.” FBI officials later acknowledged the “foreign government” was Russia. The FBI’s statement said agents “interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev and family members” and “did not find any terrorism activity, domestic or foreign.” After those interviews, the FBI said it provided the results of the investigation to Russia and “requested but did not receive more specific or additional information from the foreign government.”

Clearly the FBI lied stateed they requested but did not recieve more specific or additional information from the “foriegn government”.
As NBC reports the FBI did indeed recieve additional and more specific information:
A police official source in Makhachkala, Dagestan, told NBC News on Sunday that the Russian internal security service reached out to the FBI last November with some questions about Tamerlan, and handed over a copy of case file on him.
Tsarnaev had first popped up on the local police radar in Dagestan last summer, the source said. During routine surveillance of an individual known to be involved in the militant Islamic underground movement, the police witnessed Tamerlan meet the latter at a Salafi mosque in Makhachkala, the police official said.
It was one of six times in total that surveillance officials witnessed Tsarnaev meeting this militant at the same mosque, according to the police official.
The militant contact later disappeared, the police official said, but so did Tsarnaev before investigators had a chance to speak with him. The FBI never responded, according to the Dagestani police official.

Then, the article returns to parroting the official narrative in what invokes an extreme bout of cognitive dissonance by echoing the feds claim there was no ties to a terrorists withoout even questioning the assertion despite was written just a few paragraphs earlier.
Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said he has not seen evidence to link the bombings to any militant or terrorist group on Sunday, and declined to speculate on whether or not Dzhokhar Tsarnaev could be sent to Guantanamo Bay.
“We just don’t have the facts, and until we get the facts, then it will be the responsibility of law enforcement, DOJ, and other institutions to make some determination as to how that individual should be treated, detained, charged, and all that goes with it,” Hagel said. “But right now we just don’t know enough about it.”
The latest revelations of the the suspects ties to terrorists who take up Jihad in the name of Saudi Arabia’s perverted interpretation of Islam known as Salafism, which is akin to Hitler’s interpretation of Christianity, follow more scandals involving the FBI covering up information about the alleged suspects.
Originally, the FBI said they did not know the suspects could not identify the men which was later proven to be a lie after the suspects family revealed the FBI had been in contact with the suspects in the past.
Soon after Russia Today revealed Russian Intelligence had contacted the FBI asking them to investigate Tamerlan for terrorism after he made a trip to Russia and had visits within “unknown underground militant groups” over two years ago during a 6 month visit to the Chechnya, Kazakastan and Dagastan regions of Russia in 2011.
The FBI soon after revealed the information was correct but asserted after they interviewed and investigated Tamerlan in 2011 they cleared him and he has not been on there radar since.
The new information from Russia Intelligence flies directly in the face fo the FBI’s last change in narrative on their relationship with the bomber.
Moreover, as the federal government continues to claim the suspects have know known ties to any terrorists foreign or domestic we are learning that Tamerlan is in fact connected to an underground terrorist group whose ideologies originate in Saudi Arabia Salafism.
This of course raises more questions about the Saudi national, who was identified as a terrorist by DHS and deported under secrecy on national security grounds after a meeting with President Obama and the Saudi ambassador.
We can almost be certain that the Salafi Jihadists Tamerlan met in Russia are connected to the family of the Saudi national given his family consists of several members of Al Qaeda, including top ranking Al Qaeda members, and several other terrorists who are known Salafi militants.
As Saudi Arabia continues to be the lead provider of lethal aid to Syria Rebels, who consist largely of Salafi Jihadists, there is also a possibility the Salafi cell in Russia is involved in recruiting militants to take of the Saudi Shiek’s call to Jihad against Syrian President Al-Assad.
Given that a story of this significance will likely be ignored by the media and the original article will likely disappear, here a screen shot of the article.
