In essence, the ruling upheld that those who had purchased foreclosure properties that had been illegally foreclosed upon (which is virtually all foreclosure sales in the last five years), did not in fact have title to those properties.

If the MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System is found to be full of multiple fakes (and it is), then the whole bankster security system will fail and they will have to take it on the chin.
I have heard it said that some MERS listed properties were bundled up and securitised more than 100 times and sold to unsuspecting investment houses – No one knows who actually owns the security on these mortgages right now.
There have been many cases where several investers seek to foreclose on the same house – its a catastrophy.
In all cases, If you are in a foreclosure situation – ‘Demand The Note’ be produced.

Only the Note-Holder can claim the right to foreclose on a bad loan – no one else has any standing.In essence the means & the *in-house registry* of proof-of-ownership set up by the bankers/mortgage holders who re-possessed, is not recognised, so good news for many.

What an amazing development – Occupying Banksterised properties in an attempt to stop their foreclosure profit economy.

This movement is growing at quite a pace now.
I imagine that any profit motive in foreclosing on a family could easily be lost if the property concerned was imediately occupied by an organised squatter movement with a view to re-installing its residents.

It reminds me of stories of the Great Depression where public auctions were thwarted by the community folk who refused to bid out their neighbours life. Properties were co-operatised and purchased in this way for a fraction of the banks book value and were just handed back to the families concerned through the co-hesion of that community’s bond – neighbour protected neighbour from bankster attack.

This is the perefct opportunity to challenge the bankster fraud head-on and win !!!!
