Farmers Market

Featured Farmers Market.
Open on Sundays from 9am-2pm at The Galleria, 2 Bridge Avenue.
The Red Bank Farmer’s Market features hand crafts, local produce stalls, plants & flowers, artisan food items, and local eateries including The Cinnamon Snail.

The popularity of farmers market across the country has grown in the last 5 years. We all know New Jersey’s nickname is the Garden State for its abundance of fresh, locally grown “Jersey Fresh” fruits and vegetables.  More and more farmers are taking to the Jersey Shore this year than ever before to peddle their fresh products.  Every Day in Monmouth and Ocean Counties From Exit 117-82 on the Garden State Parkway you will find at least one Farmers Market if not More.

As we move into August we will celebrate National Farmers market Week Aug 4 -10 2013.  We know the importance of fresh fruits and vegetables and yes you can find everything you need in the grocery store but there is more to the farmers market than meets the eye.  Farmers markets bring in many cases local farm grown produce to a community’s doorstep.  Vacationers to local alike enjoy fresh watermelon, peaches, pears, apples tomatoes, corn and so much more.  Below is a listing of summer Farmers Markets.  As you the Jersey Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau tries to compile the most comprehensive list of events and farmers markets.

Farmers Markets have better quality of fruits and vegetables, but you’re also helping your local economy and local farmers and residents.  Here is a listing for Farmers Markets in Monmouth and Ocean Counties From Exit 117-82 on the Garden State Parkway.
