President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday that is intended to lower health insurance costs for millions of Americans by reinjecting competition and choice into the market that has been hamstrung by Obamacare. Titled “Promoting Healthcare Choice and Competition Across the United States” the order allows small businesses to form association plans across state lines and removes restrictions on short-term plans allowing them to offer lower cost solutions to Americans.
