Message to Obama: Israel is not Yours to Give Away

The Jews and Israel go WAY back. Learn before playing G-d with Their Land.

Over the years cartoons have been a simple and effective method to convey a story or idea. Recently, in response to President Obama’s request (some might consider it a demand) for a continuation of the moratorium on construction in Jerusalem, the Yesha Council, a semi-official federation of the heads of local authorities in Judea and Samaria produced a cartoon with a message to President Obama; “Don’t Play G-d with Israel’s Land”.

The three and a half minute video traces 3,500 years of the land of the Jewish people beginning with Abraham, thru Jewish slavery, slaughter and Diaspora from Jerusalem. It shows their ancient history of persecutions and executions, and more recent land solutions offered by the Brits and then the UN resolution creating the State of Israel. This is a history lesson that the Council wishes to convey to President Obama: That Jerusalem and the land of Israel is not his to give away. (Link: www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/140595)
