America Loser in the Mosque Debate

How shrewd and clever the now famous ‘Mosque at Ground Zero’ moderate Iman Feisal Abdul Rauf and his people really are. They have suckered Americans into a lose-lose situation and a win-win for the Islamic world regarding the construction of this Mosque. One may question whether they really conspired with other Islamic groups before buying the Burlington Building, but one can be certain that they now see the full picture and will definitely squeeze it for all it is worth. And it is worth a lot in global misrepresentation of Americans and it will plant the seeds for a renewed recruitment of militants.

In one of my earlier commentaries regarding the Mosque at Ground Zero, (Link: beforeitsnews.com/story/139/870/Americans_the_Loser_If_Mosque_is_Built.html) I proposed a question with my answer that is beginning to show itself to be dreadfully true.  “What will Osama and his followers actually win if this Mosque is built? The answer is simple: Everything! They win no matter how you look at it because they will spin it in their favor. We are the grand losers.”

Various Islamic factions, organizations and leaders are stoking up their followers’ emotions by using this mosque story as fuel. The majority of the American people oppose the construction of this Mosque at Ground Zero and are now going to have to face a frightful ‘catch-22’ situation that is a ‘damned if you do and damned if you don’t’ scenario. In the weeks and months to come, protestors of the GZ mosque will be the ones who will be blamed for any new act of Islamic terrorism that shows its ugly face in America and the Cordoba Initiative knows they can count on that to help them reach their real agenda. Whether Soho Properties, the owner of the property now being called Park51, moves the mosque or not, they will have the winning hand as Muslims around the world have this issue to rally around.

The stage for the coming accusations began recently with one of the co-founders of Hamas, Mahmoud al-Zahar, when he said “Muslims have to build it there.” (Link: www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/hamas_nod_for_gz_mosque_cSohH9eha8sNZMTDz0VVPI) This fervent demand for the construction at Ground Zero establishes the grounds for a huge propaganda campaign that is rapidly growing. Add to this the leaders of the Taliban who are also speaking out as they broaden the platform for their global Islamic propaganda machine. In the NYPost’s article “Terror thugs claim Tali-boost from NYC Protests” (Link: www.nypost.com/p/news/international/terror_thugs_claim_tali_boost_from_kIfEvbXq8ueskRFT0CmMNL) we see Muslim reactions being stoked against Americans who oppose and protest this Mosque. The message they are delivering to their followers ignores the truth that it is only the location that is the issue. It is being spun as American hatred of Muslims hiding the real facts. The freedom of speech and the right to assemble and protest are being used against the people of America in a twisted spin of the facts. It is clear that the democratic way of life is once again being used against Americans when it comes to Islamic rights and is creating more ammunition to employ and rally the forces against the American ‘Great Satan.’

But, Americans must not be intimidated by these threats or have their spirits dampened by fear. Radical Muslims will continue with their hatred and attacks against Western civilization whether this mosque is built at Ground Zero or not. Americans must remain vigilant and expose the signs of the Islamic agenda which Iman Feisal is one of the proponents of.  As a so-called ‘moderate’ representative of the American-Muslim community, Feisal’s form of polite conversation that he uses to build ‘bridges of peace’ is really a non-violent mask that ‘moderate believers’ like him hide behind to enhance their role in bringing ‘Sharia Law’ quietly to America. Protesters must continue their battle against the ignorance of politically correct leaders and the voices of American enemies who will make all kinds of accusations, be that of bigotry or Islamophobia; and all Americans need to continue to be a witness to what is happening in European countries with their growing Islamic populations and the demand for ‘Sharia Law.”
