It’s an EXERCISE. And even if The Dutch would send it’s army. We would be laughed at. Our military has been cut back into nothing in resent years. The Dutch soldiers even need to borrow gear from soldiers from other countries. And when on training they have to shout “bang, bang” instead of shooting because they get no ammo!
