See Something? Say NOTHING! Federal Gestapo Bill Passed!

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Innocent Targeted Individuals were hit with another blow this week when the House Intelligence Committee passed a bill Thursday allowing for any American citizen to be targeted for a lethal drone strike, according to The Hill.

If you see something, say nothing or be targeted

Despite global outcry over the United States National Security Agency’s sweeping spying and targeted killings human rights abuses, rather than the congressional House Intelligence Committee tightening oversight and ensuring transparency this week, it did the opposite.

The committee approved legislation Thursday for ongoing secrecy and other human rightsviolations targeting innocent individuals by the National Security Agency (NSA) and other intelligence agencies. This includes those agencies’ private contractors, numbering at least 500,000 individuals.

Most Targeted Individuals (TIs) are whistleblowers, rights workers, or people  who attempted to say “No” to corporate control in their personal or professional lives, according to emails they send to this author and their web reports.

Referring to those being persecuted, former United States Marine Corps Criminal Investigator, Secret Service and FBI Intelligence contractor William Taylor PI told this author, “These [targets] are the finest of Americans. The greatest people are being hurt the most.”

Since 2005, when this reporter began publishing accounts of self-identified Targeted Individuals (TIs), most readers and colleagues asserted in disbelief that it would be impossible for enough spies to harm as many TIs as estimated: 350,000 in the U.S. alone, persecuted to the point of their lives being ruined.

As the U.S. Federal Gestapo spy scandal grows, TI deniers (family members and friends) are seeing just how possible it is to target that many people.

The Associated Press reported in June that over 500,000 employees of private firms alone have access to “government’s most sensitive secrets.” Those are secrets that corporations and government are keeping from other Americans, but not those paid to covertly stalk, harass, intimidate, destroy possessions and injure bodies and minds.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) presented two amendments to tighten oversight of the government’s targeted killing drone program. The committee rejected both.

Schiff’s first amendment would have required annual reports on deaths in drone strikes.

Schiff’s other amendment would have required an independent review before any American citizen could be targeted for a lethal strike.

The new bill includes $75 million more to combat “insider threats.”

“Insider threats” today include those exposing corporate and government criminal human rights violations.

By reauthorizing the NSA, its multitude of “other intelligence agencies” and their private contractors hired to target individuals, Congress as a whole has again proven to be working for the fascist controlling cabal.

This week’s new bill follows leaks of classified information by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden. It makes a ruse of Homeland Security and the FBI mantra “If you see something, say something.”

“I was not prepared for the events that followed my years of outspoken advocacy,” says former Wilmington council woman, Katherine Moore. “Unfortunately, the community of unlawful public servants is rich, powerful, and affluent. The power reaches from the local court house to the federal halls of justice, and God help anyone who gets in their way.”

Like most innocent Targeted Individuals, Moore learned what Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning and tens of thousands of other individuals who suffer in silence have learned through first hand experience: If you see criminals committing human right abuses, say nothing – or be targeted by unknown corporate government assets protecting the criminals.

“I would soon learn that these people would resort to any means necessary to remain anonymous, including, harassment, intimidation, and character assassination,” Moore says. “They destroyed anyone who dared to question their crimes. I dared. I paid dearly.”

What were Moore’s actions that were deserving of her being placed on the target list? She was exposing that her beloved city had become a haven for pedophiles.

A Wilmington businesswoman was found guilty of fifty-five counts of sexual harassment. Some of those victims included children.

“Our former police chief , Bob Wadman, was the subject of a book, The Franklin Cover-Up, written by former Nebraska State Senator, John W DeCamp, which accused him of numerous crimes against children,” Moore says. “I became embroiled in the world of pedophiles when a parent asked me to help her get a copy of a police report that she filed following the molestation of her twelve-year-old son by the Executive Director of an after school program funded by the City.”

Moore is presently writing a book about Targeted Individuals, including her personal experiences.

Are Moore, Snowden and Assange among those who could be secretly targeted for a drone strike? According to Congress, such persons are “insider threats.”

Rather than fostering human rights, Congress continues to send a loud and clear public warning: If you see something, say nothing.

Moore says: “I wandered blindly into a system beset with the theft of federal block grant money, police brutality, and child sexual abuse At sixty-two years old, I was falsely arrested, handcuffed with my hands behind my back, and tossed into the back of a police car with the instructions to ‘Slide your fanny over.’ I blew .00 TWICE on my Breathalyzer and Officer Paul Nevitt still insisted on the arrest.” Like Snowden, Manning, the late Michael Hastings and Matt Simmons, Moore also committed the crime of blowing the whistle on corporate-government crimes.

Watch how fast secession begins when this starts happening in sovereign states of the United states.

It’s been happening in your so-called “sovereign states” for years. Secession wouldn’t help because states are as much controlled by the corporations as the federal government.
The US has been meddling in the affairs of genuine sovereign nations for decades, including the targeting of individuals, groups, and governments for spying, harassment, and assassination.
Secession probably wouldn’t even weaken the federal government. Interestingly, the states with people who have made the most noise about secession are generally the ones with the biggest per capita support from the federal trough.
Secession is just another macho bluster by socially irresponsible individuals who couldn’t run a “sovereign” country. Recall the original attempt at secession by the South, which depended on the horror of slavery to prop up their corrupt society.
The only way to regain our democracy is to revolt against out-of-control “free market” capitalism, abandon the two corporate parties, support small business and farmers instead of huge corporations, replace fossil fuels with renewables, disband our military and put them into constructive, rather than destructive, work – and join the world community of peaceful, responsible nations. Can’t do it? Expect even more consequences.

          Comrade
I wouldn’t usually waste my time responding to a Communist Putz like yourself but your blatant post cry’s out to be challenged. The only reason you are not speaking German right now is because somebody in that Military you hate so much . Gave their life to insure your Freedom Pal. And that Capitalist System you hate so much gives you the luxury to own private Property and start your own Business. If you hate this system so very much move to North Korea where you can be shot for watching Andy of Mayberry. You are part of the problem Numbskull. You are also a Hypocrite. You set here pontificating about your Communist dream land, whilst sucking at the Teet of that so called Capitalist system you say you hate so much. On the bright side . We will see you soon in the streets of America. Then you will have your opportunity to come and take it from us.And I promise you won’t like the outcome. So help us God.

Nixon resigned over a couple of audio tapes in the Oval office. Slick Willie was served Articles of Impeachment over a daliance in a freaking broom closet. Both white guys. Obama has done, said, and acted in ways 1,000 times worse and claims everyone is ‘racist’ if they don’t support him. See the game?

In response to your previous diatribe in response to my carefully reasoned comments: Hilarious. If you’re so rabid, maybe you should make a list of people to bite.
Humor aside, at least we seem to agree democracy no longer exists in America. Fortunately most Americans know the difference between communism and democracy, which is what I’m advocating.
Now don’t take this personally – I don’t take your comments personally. Unfortunately your comments don’t propose anything useful, just anger, hatred, fear, and violence – and not surprisingly, judging from your spelling and grammar, a very poor education. You’re confused about the mythical virtues of Our Great Nation and its Mighty Military and Capitalist Way of Life on the one hand, and Communism on the other hand. You seem to think I have to choose between our corrupt country and North Korea: I don’t, and you don’t have to choose between the current state of affairs and secession. We have to do what the Germans didn’t do: say no to an evil government and bring about a better one through democratic, nonviolent means. They succumbed to fascism and recovered. We succumbed, now we must recover as well.
In fact, the police state we live in now is a direct consequence of our letting the military-industrial complex take over our government, just like Hitler’s Germany. The history and current affairs are very clear to the unprejudiced eye. We’ve let it go on so long it will be very hard or impossible to restore democracy, especially with the worst separation of wealth in history that has put all the power in the hands of the one percent, who are, believe me, not interested in your or my rights.
Fortunately, people wiser than either of us have actually studied these problems and looked at history and contemporary nations that are more civilized (most of them) than the US, and they’ve proposed the solutions I suggest. They would all lead to real democracy, an economy that’s based on real production and honest work (and still respects all the positive aspects of capitalism, just rejects plutocracy), and a nation that is no longer a threat to the rest of the world. You and I would be able to live as responsible citizens in a country that lives sustainably and helps other countries do the same.
There are lots of better democracies than the US today. Their people have more choices than two corporate-owned parties, a better standard of living, better health care, better education, and no desire to rule the world through military might. They have far less poverty, people in prisons, and repression. Their greatest threats are the US and multinational corporations. I don’t want to move to those countries because I’d rather stay here and work toward the American ideal.
        Join me, don’t secede.

Then what are you waiting for ? Go live in one and save us a Cartridge. You Leftist Commie Pigs are all the same. You think you can talk down to us like we aren’t smart enough to see through your bs. Re read your silly post and then get back with me oh great one. I can promise your Commie arse will not hold shucks WTSHTF. You all live in a fantasy Pal. Not the real World. I will see you on the streets soon Numbskull.

        • becomingme

May I remind you that our founding fathers established a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy.

I do not understand why so many Americans think that we live in a Democracy.

        • paul brown

I guess Anonymous misread my note. I don’t advocate communism, I advocate participatory democracy. Sorry that was unclear.
