Discussion:  A surface low is expected to bomb-out south of the area, which will bring increasing winds with it this evening through tonight … These winds will combine with the heavy snowfall to produce  blizzard conditions.  Wind gusts of 30-35 mph for the most part with 40+ mph in ME will be what this will be … so it’ll be a notable impact event …

Rain will follow as the warm front lifts so expect the snow and blizzard conditions to change to all rain for portions of this warning area … Over 8+” of snow will fall through the warning box …
