Discussion: Cloud cover may limit some of the discreet supercell activity, if it serves correctly … however with 40kt deep-layer shear present any storms will be capable of tornadoes. Severe storms will move from KS/NE through IA/MO later in the period … and also contain damaging winds and large hail with them …
