$3,000 per year renewable college scholarships for Bayview Hunters Point students – Apply by Feb. 15

This notice announces three scholarships for Bayview Hunters Point students:

1. A scholarship for a Bayview-Hunters Point student interested in STEM careers.
2. A scholarship for a Bayview-Hunters Point student of Latino descent.
3. A scholarship in honor of Dr. Espanola Jackson, a long-time civil rights and community advocate for the Bayview-Hunters Point community.

Each scholarship is $3,000 a year and renewable for up to four years.  These scholarships are part of the 75 scholarships offered through San Francisco Education Fund’s Maisin Scholars Program.

The flyer describes the scholarship opportunity and requirements.  The application deadline is February 15. The scholarships are provided by the SFPUC’s Social Impact Partners: Carollo Engineers, Inc. and Water Resources Engineering.
