2700 Year Old Syria Prophecy About To Be Fulfilled
Right now the whole world is watching what is happening in Syria. The war has been going on for two years, millions have been displaced and over 100,000 have died. Russiaand Chinahave allied with Syriaand Iranand Americais trying to whip up support with European nations and Canada. Israel is somewhere in the middle of all this and so is Saudi Arabis, but no one really knows who has made deals with who in all this. The war ships are positioned, the troops are ready, the war games have been determined, now it’s just a matter of time before someone makes the first move. Which brings us to the 2700 year old prophecy about Damascus.
“See, Damascuswill no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins.” Isaiah 17:1

J. Barton Payne’s Encyclopedia of Biblical Prophecy lists 1,239 prophecies in the Old Testament and 578 prophecies in the New Testament, for a total of 1,817. About 2/3 have already been fulfilled and the rest will be fulfilled during the Tribulation (which is right around the corner.)
