NHK: Tsunami measuring 55cm (1.8ft) detected at Onagawa Nuclear Power Plant in Miyagi. Plant says it’s able to withstand 17m (55ft) tsunami.
NHK: 6,000 households were urged to evacuate in Kamaishi, Iwate Pref. amid tsunami fears.
Kyodo: No reports of injuries in Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima prefectures after quake, police say
Smaller waves also detected at Ofunato & Kamaishi after 30cm (1ft) tsunami at Ayukawa. NHK warns that tsunami could ultimately reach higher.

Unless this earthquake story is misinformation (not saying it is, just haven’t had the time to research it, except Googling does seem to verify it, reputable places), or even if this quake were misinformation, is anybody else sick of such stupidity being the top story, places like CNN? I read somewhere that the live cams were TEPCO’s, so don’t expect to see too much.
