9/11 Truthers, Targeted Individuals, Rights Defenders: Dare Attend Military's Surveillance, Electronic Warfare Learning Op?

In less than 2 weeks, 9/11 truthers, targeted individuals and human rights defenders can learn along with defence contractors and others about Electronic Warfare (EW) and radar weapons straight from Dr. Richard Wiley during a 4-day course in Alexandria, VA.

The course is ”valuable for both new and experienced workers in the EW field” — and human rights workers wanting to help defend rights of the human race as well as Targeted Individuals wanting to survive EW assaults and 9/11 truthers wanting to explain conspiracy facts.

Electronic warfare (EW) refers to any action involving the use of the electromagnetic spectrum or directed energy to control the spectrum, attack an enemy, or impede enemy assaults via the spectrum. The purpose of electronic warfare is to deny the opponent the advantage of, and ensure friendly unimpeded access to, the EM spectrum. EW can be applied from air, sea, land, and space by manned and unmanned systems, and can target humans, communications, radar, or other assets. The first two days of the course cover radar because understanding radar principles is very important to effectively apply electronic warfare concepts to counter radar. The material is presented in an easy-to-understand manner, with emphasis on those concepts of most importance to the EW matters to follow.

The last two days make use of EW materials collected by the instructor that helps the participant gains understanding of radar and how the main methods of EW interact with radar.   

To provide a well-rounded view of the entire spectrum of EW, other EW topics are covered briefly, including infrared systems and flares, and communications jamming. Also, for the participant to gain some knowledge of how the information needed for effective jamming of radar systems is obtained and used by the EW community, the organization and use of EW databases will be discussed.
