Um…. NO CODE is a medical billing term. It means that whatever the item that was line listed under that item doesn’t have a regular billing code to charge the insurance by and that they need further information in order to classify it for charging.
Example: If a nurse put down on your chart that she gave you something that was not a billable item or is not in the their system to be billed for one reason or another. (like it only allows one of that item to be line listed, or the item was new to the hospital and records hasn’t entered the final code for billing into the system, or even if the code was pulled out due to an inventory that day of the item under that NO CODE area.) There are a lot of reasons why NO CODE is on the paperwork BUT ONE OF THEM IS NOT THAT THE HOSPITAL, CIA, NSA, FBI, NAACP, MENSA, MIB, or any other company, person, or organization including the governments of the world has a hit out on you and that you are marked for death!
In this case with the insurance company as DEB stated below, the “No Code” was either that it was not required for that billing purpose, or that there isn’t a code assigned and there doesn’t need to be, or that simply the insurance company will resubmit it to billing at the hospital for the correct code to be put on before they can pay the claim!
As for all the other conspiracy people out there (me being one of them but only when it sounds like it has at least some intelligence behind the actual claim and after research to see if it was at least feasible that there could have been a conspiracy in the first place and for what reason), you really need to think about this story…

I usually like his reporting, but I think he is missing something here. Does anyone know what specific “Throat surgery” she was having? What surgeon would agree to do it if it wasn’t a life threatening condition if she was in “poor health”? We of course all know she was in good health.

However, you only mentioned the illuminati and not the obama administration as possible causes of her death if it was not accidental. Further, you only mentioned the CIA created toxins from the 1975 hearings. Pharmacology has gone a long way since then. There are drugs that can simulate heart attacks (insulin will work and not be found in autopsy – http://www.answers.com/Q/Which_medicine_can_cause_heart_attack_and_is_not_discovered_in_autopsy) Also there are drugs that can facilitate heart attacks. Also she was in a private surgery office and not in a hospital when the incident occurred. Some surgeons have commented on television and in blog related interviews that had she been in a hospital she might have lived because of the differences in emergency intervention capabilities. Additionally, given the medical condition you presented a withholding of oxygen via a more limited flow rather than the normal amount could also lead to heart arrest with the added convenience that she would have brain damage even if she lived. Given that the surgery went wrong, why was there a reported 15 minutes of CPR performed rather than the immediately calling for transport and performing CPR. It would be insane that the surgeon was the only medical staff in the room, so having a nurse make the call seems the reasonable thing to do unless there was a prohibition of some type about making sure she did not survive. Is there some particular reason you did not question the choice to due this procedure in a private outpatient office rather than in a hospital with someone so old, as you pointed out numerous times, and having so many health related issues? So sadly you failed to do your homework before reporting an making fun of people who might choose to ask serious questions about the events related to Ms. Rivers’ Death.
