The title alone is absurd. Reincarnation is only possible if we posses an immortal soul. We do not. We BECOME a soul when God puts the breath of life into us, we are not GIVEN an immortal soul. We are a soul, we don’t HAVE one.

I think it’s called a parasitic twin and is a birth defect.
It would be a fascinating story though, a child born with such a profound birth defect/abnormally is revered from birth as being a god-baby by superstitious dolts, and is raised and pampered and worshiped by a cult of humans with caveman intelligence. If this happens and the child lives, it would probably be of benefit to the child’s self-esteem.
