Important Word of Explanation To My Readers...

For many years now, my readers from around the world have been able to rely on my continual coverage of “the news behind the news,” with my  revealing articles steadily published under “alternative news journalism.”

However, in more recent months of 2014, my readers have noted that my news articles have temporarily diminished in their frequency. Why?

The reason is simply because of the intensity of care required for my friend Sylvia,  a cancer patient who frequently battles exhaustion, pain, and deep emotional battles over this as well. For those of you in the field of medical or home health care, you understand completely what I am talking about.

Long before God called me into the world of alternate news journalism, I was  involved in both professional home health care and child care as well. I have taken care of countless senior citizens and children professionally throughout the years.

All of this changed dramatically when I first began to encounter insider sources warning me of disturbing events planned to come to our nation, America. I was so shocked and unnerved by revelations of former CIA and ex-military about America’s planned future under a military dictatorship and martial law, that, following much prayer, I decided to drop both careers and plunge headlong into the fascinating world of independent alternative news journalism.

As I began to receive more and more insider revelations about the true state of our nation and where it was being taken, it became clear to me that the MSM (mainstream media) was only parroting news content as it was dictated to them by the PTB (powers that be) and that they were guilty of both NEWS MEDIA BIAS and NEWS MEDIA BLACKOUT. 

I slowly began to realize that the American people were being deceived and lied to on a daily basis by the MSM. This made me very angry. I decided that the American people deserved more than this: they deserved to KNOW THE TRUTH.

And so for the past 18 years, I have worked hard to perform research as I traveled across our nation repeatedly, meeting with insider sources of information, at times going on the air with my own radio broadcasts and being interviewed on other shows as well. Often I would publish several articles a day, frequently spending 10-12 hours on my computer to research and to write new articles.

However, I discovered that this would all change when God brought a Christian woman in crisis, struggling just to survive, into my life quite unexpectedly during March of 2014. She was a regular reader of my blog who finally decided to pour out her heart to me, and to ask me to come into her world filled with pain and tragedy, in order to provide Christian compassion and prayer at a time she needed it the most.

After much prayer, I realized that this was to become my latest “God assignment,” and then traveled to meet Sylvia at her home in Florida. Having worked with many sick patients regularly throughout the years, I perceived immediately  that Sylvia was not a well person. This became apparent as soon as I encountered her. 

I immediately launched  a health and recovery program designed to meet her many needs, that involved preparing organic power smoothies and meals daily, plus top quality vitamins from a local health food store (the well known health food store chain called “Whole Foods” so ubiquitous across America.)

Due to severe marital problems including ongoing abuse at that time, Sylvia was finally compelled to leave her husband simply to survive. She was slowly being destroyed by this situation in her home.

I was the only one she could find to reach out to for help then. And so I took Sylvia into my care and assisted her in this transition that would later prove to save her life at that critical time.

As she complained later of persistent pain beginning to emerge, I insisted that she have a CAT scan at a nearby hospital. The doctor performing the CAT scan returned a few hours after the procedure with a sad look on his face. “I have ominous news for you…” he began as he sat down to talk to Sylvia. 

The doctor proceeded to outline the initial results of the scan, all of them indicating the symptoms typical of pancreatic cancer, stage four or the terminal and final stage. Usually this indicates a patient has 3-6 months to live at the most and is considered irreversible.

We were both devastated, and began to pray heavily for a miracle instead of a slow death sentence. Later, while staying at her relative’s home, Sylvia followed this up with a PET scan. As she admitted to me later, the PET scan indicated cancer was active in her body, seemingly lymphoma related. Other complications were revealed by the test as well.

To add to her sorrows, the pain reliever she was initially placed upon, hydrocodone (an opiate or narcotic) caused severe side effects that further increased her stress and trauma. 

It was very hard for me to find the time to write articles last summer about my PRAYER JOURNEY ACROSS AMERICA as  Sylvia traveled with me. This was due to her health and pain issues complicated by her response to her pain medications. She required constant assistance and care and supervision. But this was to be expected for a person with such serious health issues, and I was happy I could be there for her.

And of course, I knew that Sylvia was well worth it. Didn’t Jesus lay down His very life for her when He died on the cross? This was His ultimate act of love for mankind. And did He not command His followers to “love one another as I have loved you”? Yes, He did.

This is the holy love of God manifested to others through His people in the world today. As true Christians, we are all called to show forth His love to a suffering and dying world. How could I let His child Sylvia down? She had no one else to turn to at that time.

However, Sylvia’s many health needs began to impact my ability to perform journalism on a regular basis. Such  people require much care and assistance. While we had hoped last summer that our prayers were answered at last for her total and complete healing miracle, when she emerged from her tent one day exclaiming that her pain was finally gone and she could discontinue her pain medication, and felt she was healed, this reprieve from pain was only to last a month or so.

When it returned, her symptoms slowly became worse. Recently I had to take her to a Christian doctor here in Montana, who finally provided the proper effective pain medication without the terrible side effects of hydrocodone. Although struggling with exhaustion typical of cancer patients, Sylvia is thankfully pain free now.

Becoming pain-free is important for her, so that she can enjoy her exciting classes at Charis Bible College beginning in December 2014. Sylvia cannot wait to begin her studies there, and tells everyone that she believes that she will receive TOTAL HEALING once she begins attending their classes and participates in their weekly courses on how to receive Biblical healing. 

However, none of this would be possible for Sylvia without the wonderful and compassionate assistance of the Body of Christ. Because she now has no home of her own after leaving an abusive marriage, my home has become hers as well for now. I will be transporting her to this Bible college soon, and she will live in my newly acquired RV trailer as she studies God’s word.

Prayer and financial support from kind people, especially my reader from the UK, has made it possible for her to be able to afford to attend this Bible college. Without financial support from my readers, Sylvia would be unable to pay for the upcoming semesters and her reading materials, since she is too weak to work. My full time job has become helping to take care of her now.

Sylvia will require much assistance to enable her to pursue this worthy goal designed to restore hope and a reason to live for her life. Formerly struggling with deep depression, Sylvia now wakes up every morning with  new joy and a reason to LIVE. Halleluia!

This is what Jesus Christ can do for everyone suffering from severe crises or illness and depression in their lives: restore HOPE and JOY and a reason to go on living.

And so, my time must now be divided between providing alternative journalism articles for my readers, and my ongoing “God assignment” of helping His child Sylvia become an overcomer through Jesus Christ, and to seek Him for total healing and complete restoration so she can someday serve Him with all of her heart and touch the lives of many others as well.

Your prayers, love and ongoing support will help make this miracle for Sylvia come to pass. The Bible teaches us that this is what the Body of Christ is all about. All of my assistance to Sylvia has been strictly on an unpaid volunteer basis since March of 2014. 

Sylvia admitted to me that if I had not stepped in to help her then, she knows she would not be alive today. Nor would she have the hope and confidence that she has now, to trust God for A MIRACLE as she moves forward in her life to attend Bible college and pursue total divine healing.

Yes, I will continue to research and write informative and inspirational articles as I have done throughout the years. But nothing can compare to the value of helping rescue one precious life formerly on the brink of despair and destruction.

Jesus Christ was sent by God the Father into this troubled world, to rescue countless souls on the brink of destruction. And likewise, He calls His followers to do the same as they reach out through His love and power to touch the lives of others in despair throughout the world today. 

Because of Christ in us, we become His hands and feet to reach out to the perishing He leads into our lives. Our sincere love and prayers, coupled with action, can MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!

I am glad that God has called me to become a part of His solution for a lost and dying world, and to minister to precious people in crisis like Sylvia, who has now become a very important part of my life. 

As Sylvia steps out in bold faith to pursue what she feels is the call of God for her life, in spite of her many serious health issues, we beseech your ongoing prayers unto a mighty God, with Whom “ALL things are possible.” 

The Christian walk is always one of stepping out in faith, reaching up to a mighty God for the strength and power to do His will and to thereby change the world for His glory. What may seem impossible for man, becomes possible when we stand on His eternal promises contained in His glorious word that will never pass away.

In the face of  great challenges and physical suffering such as Sylvia has encountered, His promises now seem even more precious to both of us. 

“Lo, I Am with you always…” “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.” “Fear not, for I Am with thee…” “To him that believeth, ALL THINGS are possible.” “I can do ALL THINGS through Jesus Christ Who strengthens me.”

Thank you for joining your faith with ours at this time, as Sylvia presses forward by faith  to achieve her goals for Christ and His kingdom. Though she has set seemingly impossible goals for herself in the sight of the world, the Bible tells us that with God, ALL THINGS are possible!
