In consultation with our editorial board and like minded individuals within the military and intelligence community, select VT board members traveled to Damascus last week.  Included were me, always looking for a free meal and chance to get shot or beheaded, Colonel Jim Hanke, Jim Dean and Mike Harris.  In Beirut, we met with Franklin Lamb and drove in through Bekaa.

The conference findings haven’t been finalized yet.  VT took, perhaps, the strongest role at the conference.  I met Syrian and Lebanese tribal/military leaders there and made some good friends.

The title of the mainstream Israeli news agency bashing VT and Duff was:

U.S. Anti-Semites Attend Syrian ‘Counterterrorism’ Conference 

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has revealed that the Syrian government’s Counterterrorism and Religious Extremism Conference is the latest conference organized by a foreign government that has attracted American anti-Semites… Four of the eight Americans who participated in the conference were from Veterans Today, a website that presents anti-Semitic conspiracy theories as news, notes ADL. Another interesting note at the end of the article. - Syrian Prime Minister Wael Nader al-Halqi discussed the need “to defeat the conspir­acy” and Syria’s Justice Minister Najm al-Ahmad stated that the current events in Syria represented “organized terrorism backed by several countries.”

First of all, why would Gordon Duff, Jim Dean, Colonel Hanke and others be invited to this conference. This in itself not only confirms who they really are and that they do indeed do a lot of diplomatic discussing. Also, it says a lot that the criminal ADL is feeling the need to directly attack Gordon Duff and Veterans Today, which is absolutely not anti-semetic. This is the fourth most read newspaper in Israel, delivered to tens of thousand’s of homes. Many other newspapers and news agencies in Israel were bashing them as well.

There was also heroin planted in their room. Once they discovered it, they left immediately and went right to the airport. Surely, the door would have been broken down if they’d not done so.

The answer is obvious, we are close to the tipping point, and eventually more and more organizations and press houses will have to start overtly attacking Veterans Today and their people.
