Seth Rogen Has Compared American Sniper To A Nazi Propaganda Movie

“American Sniper kind of reminds me of the movie that’s showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds.”

Rogen was referring to the part in Inglorious Basterds where the film “Stolz der Nation (Nation’s Pride)” shows a German sniper killing 200 soldiers from a clock tower.

Make no mistake about it, American Sniper is a propaganda film. This is exactly what the government wants to see, hate. You whip up your population into a hateful frenzy then unleash them onto the world where they become snipers and kill 200+ men, woman and children.

On the flipside, this guy was a decorated soldier put in unimaginable places to make unimaginable decisions. I don’t know a single soldier who wouldn’t have wanted this guy watching their backs. He did what he had to do, he survived. War is like that, the lines are never black and white, wether your good or bad is all based on whose perspective your seeing from. Thoughts?
