dumb. Here in Washington, there are so many military bases and facilities, I’ve been seeing this nearly on a daily basis for 30+ years. Not a day goes by that I don’t see at least one military convoy headed down the highway. So I guess they’ve been ramping up for Jade Helm for 30+ years?
