Historical Tax-Civil Rights Case Michigan Will Effect Everyone

The pending Tax Case In The Eastern District Court of Michigan does not deal only with a Tax issue but a Civil Rights Issue. The Government and apparently the State of Michigan are putting pressure on a Lady to commit perjure by signing under Oath with penalty of imprisonment documentation she knows not to be true and has stated so several times to the Court.

Apparently it appears that the Government does not care about Falseness or Truth as long as the Lady puts on the Documentation what they want on it. This definitely goes against her Civil Rights regardless of what One thinks about the tax part of the case.

It simply comes down to this if they can Intimidate, Pressure and Coerce this Lady into signing documentation under Oath that she believes not to be True without any hard evidence that the government even has a Legit case against her: The they will be able to do the same thing to anyone anytime anyplace. You or I may be next. Doreen Hendrickson is a mild-mannered and demure mother of two. In spite of posing a threat to nobody, she may be incarcerated very soon thanks to the dirty tricks and heavy hands of the authoritarian federal government. Denied her basic rights in the court of law, Doreen Hendrickson was convicted of contempt of court on July 25, 2014.

“One commanded Doreen to repudiate her previously-filed, sworn tax returns and replace them with new ones containing testimony dictated by the government,” her husband Pete Hendrickson said. “Doreen was ordered to swear to her personal belief in the testimony she was ordered to make and to conceal the fact that the returns she was ordered to make would be coerced and false.”
