Remember most importantly, whenever you come across anyone wearing a BLUE HELMET, you need to drop them immediately. By doing this, you will be helping someone down the road from you when then help, and when they do the same, they will be helping you in your time of need. Stop all water harbors, and airports, which are vital to resupply your enemies you are up against. Stop the individual personnel entering/leaving because if you can stop say a pilot or mechanic, or refuel from entering the base, they will not be able to fly and spread their crime elsewhere. Imagine if a pilot leaves their base or airport? Don’t you think if they are unable to return to fly or repair an aircraft, who will fly or repair their planes? They can’t so by stopping as many as you can, you are doing your part. Also monitor their refueling stations, water and food storage, dismantle their vehicles so they can not travel, stop communications and power… By
