Armed Man Saves 1000 People (Video)

(N.Morgan) In 1993 a missionary named  Charl van Wyk thwarted a massacre with no more than 5 bullets and defeated the terrorist attack from 4 men armed with AK-47s, grenades & Molotov cocktails.  

In just 30 seconds, the terrorists were able to kill 11 people and wound 58. Some were gravely wounded with injuries that would forever alter their life.

But the terrorists had planned to kill everyone in the church and were equipped to do so.

We talk to Charl about the sensational events of the church shooting and his spiritual journey from Christian pacifist to a man God used to protect the lives of over 1,000 people. 

His brave act saved a 1,000 lives in the church that day.

If you recall the Bible story about David and Goliath, David only had 5 stones to throw at the giant and he defeated him with only one.

Mr. Wyk is a prime example how guns save lives.

Had he not been armed that day, the carnage would have been astronomical.
