The land ultimately belongs to the people of this country, and the non tangible entity we call government holds it in trust. therefore, how can an american citizen trespass anywhere in these united states that is not privately owned property. owned by an individual that is. People cannot become martyrs for sitting on their own land and educating people about the constitution. they become martyrs when an oppresive government seeks to silence them.
