I am in total agreement that all U.S. States and Districts where voting for POTUS happens should be required, no ifs ands or buts, to use paper and ink ballots, and only paper and ink ballots. Surely the days between November 6 and January 20 (about 63 days) should be sufficient to count the physical, manual, ink and paper ballots.
