Department of Justice Woefully Fails the American People
Quite obviously, only the American people can fire Director Comey by
demanding his immediate resignation and subsequent arrest for treason,
followed by a trial by jury and life imprisonment.
FBI Director James B. Comey just betrayed the American people in the worst way.
Hillary Clinton avoids criminal charges for the worst violations of the National Security Act and Espionage Act ever perpetrated (publicly known violations, of course), according to the Federal Bureau Investigation.

Special Note:
There is no question that Director Comey offered much unsolicited and very damning evidence pointing to a criminal indictment during his one-sided press conference today. That may be his way of stealthily taking Clinton down. However, the rule of law doesn’t work that way. As one of the top law enforcement officers in the land, he has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and to enforce the federal statutes. An FBI Director has an even greater obligation to take this solemn responsibility very seriously when responding to misconduct by the highest ranking officials in government because of the tremendous damage that can be caused with certain violations of law. Toward that end Comey ought to have decided on the side of certain compliance with both the letter and the spirit of the law, especially in the case of a serial transgressor like Hillary. Particularly in view of the total lost of trust in government and other societal institutions by the citizenry, the aggressive prosecution of this egregious case (Remember Watergate!) would have restored some of that confidence. James B. Comey should have resigned rather than willfully join the cover-up of one of the greatest political scandals in American history. Even if his true masters threatened him with every manner of personal and political destruction, he should have left the reservation regardless of the consequences. He woefully failed the FBI, the US Government and the American people through his cowardly inaction.

However, it was the illegal activity which took place with Clinton’s server and email account, while conducting serious business at State, which is really at the core of this sordid saga. For it was the instigation and prosecution of unlawful wars of unprovoked aggression by the Obama Administration which her private email system was used for.

considering the Clinton’s body count of people who have had dirt against them I have to wonder if Comey’s life was threatened. they would threaten his family too. and i’m sure he isn’t stupid and knows all about what happens to people who cross the Clinton’s. there have also been a lot of military insiders say that if she wasn’t indicted there were hundreds ready to revolt and unleash the dirt on her. a lot of people want her dead. maybe Comey just escalated that plan by doing this. it wouldn’t be too far fetched and not everyone is evil and working for them.

The first 15 min of the announcement he was laying out a strong case to indict Hillary and then in the last 2 minutes basically said he couldn’t because she’s above the law. I thought he was in the Clinton’s pocket (blackmailed or worse). Then I realized what he really did was prosecute and convict Hillary in just 15 minutes. He was told by Obama, Bill, Hillary, and the rest of the power elite that even if he recommended an indictment, that it was never going to happen. So being frustrated he decided to layout all the details of her reckless and criminal behavior so that Trump could toast her. Not only Trump, but the media, and voice of public opinion. People already don’t trust Hillary and after Trump starts pounding this out to the American people, Hillary is toast. He killed any chance of her getting elected and I think that was his plan. What other choice did he have other than to resign and leak the information out. He didn’t have to give all those juicy details about how reckless Hillary is. Feeds right into Trumps talking points of corruption, bad decisions, and being above the law.
Project, that friend is a very astute assessment of the situation. I am convinced what you describe hit the nail square on the head, I was thinking exactly the same thing. These are masterful game players, manipulators and more concerning refined criminals with mega connections throughout the underworld. The FBI Director is fully aware of this power and situations like Michael Hastings new Mercedes being droned right here on American soil. He isn’t retarded, this is a smart fella. His professional knowledge and experience effectuates a healthy suspicion of the bloodline, there’s a sense of fear etched into his analytical consciousness. I’m certain he knows if he were to initiate charges that, as you mentioned will not stick, his life may very well be on the president’s hit list. This however for now anyway is all speculation.
What I know positively, with all the confidence in the world is that God intends to shed a bright light on all that hides in dark places. This outward and revealing depiction of Mrs. Clinton’s behavior by the FBI Director I believe may be part of this illumination process, God’s hand at work. As the old adage goes; “God works in mysterious ways.” Using the FBI Director to put one of the untouchables, Hillary Clinton in her place is pretty phenomenal in my humble opinion. Let’s hear some kudos for our amazing God in Heaven.

Comey was the last hope of the American people. All the proclamations of his independent spirit and fearless adherence to the laws of the land were tossed aside out of his fear of the Obama-Clinton dictatorship. Comey’s failure to apply the laws of the United States to the criminal activities committed by the Clintons show how fearful, spineless, and weak of spirit, this man has at his basic core.

Actually, Comey’s decision means that America will continue *exactly* as it has been for most of its existence. Had Comey decided to pursue an indictment would have been the radical change.
The article is close to the truth. The rabbit hole goes far deeper than the mass media would lead one to believe. This isn’t about an email server. It’s about why that server existed and the transactions that were negotiated through it. Comey has far, far more evidence than needed to indict and convict Hillary. In fact, he has so much evidence that if it came to light in a court of law it would implicate half the government in fraud along with many major corporations. That, of course, is not acceptable in the eyes of the decision-makers.
