OK: Man uses Girlfriend's Pistol to Shoot Intruder

Officers say at about 1:15 a.m., man jumped over the homeowner’s fence and tried to break into a bedroom door, which led to the home’s backyard.

Police say the homeowner grabbed his girlfriend’s pistol and started shooting at the intruder through the door.

They said 32-year-old Perry Wallace was hit several times. EMSA took him to the hospital with what police said were non-life threatening injuries.
