Video: Cop Caught Smashing Mans Head In With Taser On Video Faces 7 Yrs Prison Time.
Apparently police officers have found a new way to use their tasers on so-called suspects in the Amerikan Police State. instead of just shooting 50,000 volts into their victims with said taser, now they will actually use their taser to beat you in the head with. Case and point on May 2016 a Long Island Rockville Centre police Officer responded to a call that a fight took place at a local bar near South Park Avenue. When officer Antony Federico arrived at the premises to investigate said fight he encountered two brothers, Brendan, and Kevin Kavanagh. The discussion with the brothers suddenly turned violent as the officer attempted to arrest both men.
The video is quite graphic and begins with Federico confronting Brendan. He starts to take him down but then deploys his taser. As he screams in pain from the shock, Kevin steps in to help his brother, and some might say justifiably so because there did not seem to be any real reason to arrest him. The charges against the two brothers were dismissed by prosecutors who also felt they did not have a case against the siblings.
Federico then turns his attention to Kevin and that’s when prosecutors say he crossed the line from attempting a justified arrest to committing a felony. The officer took his taser and began to punch Kevin in the face with it. He then deployed his taser onto him as well. The whole altercation lasted only a few minutes but the video has proven very useful for prosecutors in court who’ve charged Federico with felony assault. The Rockville Centre officer pleaded not guilty in March and his trial is underway.

He should be charged. It is too bad we never see the beginning of these videos to see why the cops decided to arrest in the first place. But physical resistance to arrest is not a good option. Unless you are really good at it….
