Near Vitebsk, BELARUS, surveillance cameras made video of a ghost.

On the night of April 15, 2017, an unknown glowing object hit the lenses of the CCTV cameras at the Voranausky boarding house, 15 km from Vitebsk, Belarus.

“Ghost” walked through the protected area from 00.30 to 05.00, sometimes going beyond it. His movements were rather sharp and intermittent.

Eyewitnesses who watched what was happening tried to take videos through the personal camcorders or take it off to the phone, but none of this came to pass. The object was visible only on the night-vision cameras.
