Must Watch: Innocent Man Raped and Kidnapped by Cops for Legally Refusing to Show ID! (Video)

Las Vegas, NV – Remember the good old days when we as American citizens were allowed to travel throughout this country without having to show your papers? Well, those days have long since evaporated into the pages of history as America has become more Soviet Then the former Soviet union. Case in point, in 2015 Solomon Silk Galloway was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for allegedly speeding. When officers approached his window and asked him if he had ID on him he said yes, when the officers asked him if they could see it, he said no, as a passenger I am not legally required to show you one. Well anyone that has been paying attention to the goings on in Police State America can probably guess how that went over with this group of public servants.

Las Vegas, NV — Just this week, KTNV’s 13 Action News televised the GoPro footage from Solomon Silk Galloway’s violent arrest by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. Galloway was recording when officers pulled over his car for allegedly speeding. Even though he wasn’t driving the car, he quickly became targeted by Vegas police.

Galloway told officers he did not consent to a search of his vehicle and, as a passenger in the car, he was not legally bound to identify himself when cops demanded his ID. However, Vegas cops did not care about his rights, so they jerked him out of his car, kidnapped him and caged him.

“Do what you got to do, because we gotta find something,” the officers can be overheard saying to each other while unlawfully searching the innocent man’s car. And, do something they did.

When he was taken back to the police department for legally refusing to ID as a passenger of a vehicle, he was strip-searched and forced to undergo an anal cavity search. Still, they found nothing.

Rape in the United States is defined by the Department of Justice as “Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

Galloway, according to the legal definition, was raped by police. He had harmed no one, had committed no crime, yet his rights were stripped from him and he was violated in the most profane way — all because cops had to ‘find something.’

THIS ARTICLE IS FEAR-MONGERING BS. As a former police officer, I can assure you in most states in our grand union, it is illegal at any time to refuse to provide identification when asked for it. The reason is that criminals attempting to conceal their identities would, obviously, simply refuse to provide ID when stopped. And if this guy wasn’t breaking the law, which he so claims, then why would he be hesitant to show his ID to the officers when asked. Technically speaking, as an adult passenger in a car that was speeding, he is, by law, an accessory to the traffic violation. If he knows the driver is speeding and doesn’t tell him to slow down or let him out of the car, then he is technically compliant with the violation of speed laws. It is under this provision that officers often times check to see just who the hell is riding in the car. I can’t tell you how many arrests I’ve made by routine encounters of this type. People with warrants often refuse to drive because of this fact so that when stopped they think they won’t be identified. It’s a ruse used by a-holes to avoid identification. The cop wasn’t going to arrest him because the driver was speeding. But when he refuses to submit ID, this automatically makes the cop nervous and suspicious. WHY…why doesn’t he want me to know who he is?!?!? And when you get arrested, being told to spread you butt cheeks and cough is standard to prevent the inflow of contraband and weapons to the prison system. That’s not rape under any application of the law. If it is, by my six years as a jailor, I’d qualify as the most serial-rapist known to humanity. I’ve had to look at more buttholes than I care to remember. Your whole argument is ludicrous and pathetic. Learn the law before you start bashing on it, moron. People like you give the right a bad name and ammo to the left.

There is no written regulation – “statutory law” anywhere that requires a human being to have a contract w/ a government! The {fake!}^ID^ is a mere representation thereof and your fraudulent excuse to take “author’ity”! Lies upon lies!

Alright you full-flaming retard. Go here:
          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_and_identify_statutes

But I guess I’m an idiot who doesn’t know what he’s talking about. See all them red states – they all got stop and ID laws, dumb*ss. But if you think you’re Billy-Bad-know-it-all…you go ahead and claim your own anal search for being stupid.

Officers are proving many of them are not trustworthy… police are also proven to the world they are incapable of policing themselves… also many police are now involved in organized crime… or simply look the other way while their buddies abuse the law and people.. where there is no honour, there is no power… no contract…no agreement. Who put the cop in copout… it’s the cops themselves.

Just on a secondary note, no one in a jail is allowed to “probe” or penetrate an orifice. Anal cavity searches do not equate to penetration. If an object is visible or known to be inside, we take them to the hospital for removal. No rape takes place in a simple cavity search. Forcing an arrestee or inmate into a prone position for a search does not constitute rape either. If they won’t cooperate with the search, they can and will be held down for it. No penetration occurs. Get your facts straight and stop slandering cops doing their damn jobs.

….and: “Idenify” comes from “identical” and I am certainly NOT identical with a document or a “person”! Have You looked up the definition of the word “person” in a law-dictionary?!? Get Your “facts” straight before acting all bad!

        • FACTCHECK

I’m not even sure I have words for describing your level if stupidity. You ARE identical with the information contained on a government issued ID…hence why it is called identification. And I actually have several law dictionaries. I am a former police officer. I got my facts straight. I gave you a link above to back myself up. Where’s your proof and things scribbled on tinfoil hats and toilet paper do not count as evidence crazy man.

Articles like this that throw the baby out with the bath water serve no purpose and certainly not the best interests of people at large. Manufacturing a concoction of opinion’s into a story where once again we burst into flames and knee jerk a villain so we can spend another year engrossed in chasing our tails, taking innocent lives, and protesting like clown puppets instead of using our heads to develop a workable solution.

      Thank you public education.

The US Supreme Court has ruled that police can require identification of those suspected of participating in criminal activity. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiibel_v._Sixth_Judicial_District_Court_of_Nevada . However, if no reason for suspicion of criminal activity exists, the police can not legally require identification. Furthermore, if submitting identification could lead to his arrest, the citizen can refuse self incrimination under the 5th Amendment. If the police have reason to suspect a citizen of criminal activity, they can detain and and arrest the citizen.
In this case, all a cop has to do is say he thought he smelled pot, and he has reason to suspect criminal activity. A jury in a civil court might not agree that there was evidence of criminal activity and award the citizen a large sum based on denial of civil rights. It happens, so cops need to be sure they have valid evidence of criminal activity to demand I.D.

Thanks for backing me up. However, that statute is only in regard to Nevada. See here:
        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_and_identify_statutes

Most states, including Louisiana where I come from and was a police officer in, consider failure to show ID to a police officer to be in and of itself, suspicious activity. You are awarded right to privacy only on your own property. If you are in a car on a highway speeding, you are endangering the public at large, violating the law, and are in a public place. This has been argued multiple times regarding people smoking drugs and masturbating in their cars. Juries and courts will generally rule against this saying you are visible…therefore you are in public. A person in public who refuses to provide ID when asked by a police officer is intentionally attempting to conceal their identity from said officer. Why? This becomes suspicious immediately and is probably cause for further investigation and arrest. Not having your ID with you is an acceptable excuse, but having it and refusing to show it, violates Louisiana law as well as those in several other states. See the link.

If you haven’t broken the law and don’t have warrants, why would you not show the cop your ID? That’s just you (the criminal) being a prick. Showing your ID is not a violation of your rights in any capacity—it’s just the cop looking for bad guys. You don’t wanna get ID’d…don’t speed with other dummies on the highway. Problem solved.
