Whilst there is an appeal in the Court of Appeal, 2018 0307, Constable Roberts, wearing a badge “Sergeant Bertie” steals the home on 20 July 2018 without valid documents in Contempt of the Crown Court “No Jurisdiction Trial” hearing on 24 July 2018 and the Civil Appeal Court Appeal (10) 10. Fake badge “Sergeant Bertie” is warned by Equity Lawyer, Edward William Ellis that he is in contempt of the Crown Court Jurisdiction trial for 24 July 2018, which he ignores. Sergeant Bertie boasts that he was an Organised Criminal before he joined the Police but isn’t any more because “I am not allowed to” 11.
