The bottom line is this – either Dr. Ford is lying (yes, I actually dared to suggest that), or Judge Kavanaugh is lying.
I know that the “politically correct” thing for me to say, even in the face of the more obvious truth, is something like what all the media is saying – and what every congressperson is saying: “Well, we believe somethinghappened to Dr. Ford. Bless her heart.”
Except… that’s not what she is solemnly swearing to.
She is firmly attesting that not “some mere something” happened, but that Brett Kavanaugh himself committed a sexual assault upon her. And, she has clearly demonstrated that she is more than willing to destroy this man, his family, his reputation, and career – past and present – in order to stick by her claim. Again, her claim is not that “something happened, by someone.” Her claim is that Brett Kavanaugh – no one else – sexually assaulted her – not something else. I will say it again. Either she is lying, or Kavanaugh is lying. Plain and simple. It couldn’t be any more straightforward than this.
But, could it be that Dr. Ford is mistaken, and “thinks” Kavanaugh committed the assault upon her? Yes, that’s possible. But she has adamantly testified otherwise. She has testified that she is 100% certain it was Kavanaugh. She won’t even consider the possibility that she is mistaken. So – with this plain fact in mind – let me say it yet again. Either she is lying, or he is lying.
Dr. Ford has never said that “something” happened to her by “someone.” So, why is everyone putting those words in her mouth? Simple. The preponderance of the evidence indicates she is lying – and anyone with brains and the ability to conduct deductive reasoning knows it. This is a horribly inconvenient fact for the MSM and the leftist Democrats.
Even Rachel Mitchell, the former prosecutor and sex-crimes specialist who conducted the Senate hearing questioning said, as reported in USA TODAY:

she would not prosecute Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh based on the evidence she heard.
There it is. She, as a prosecutor, would not even allow Dr. Ford’s case to come forward. Why? Dr. Ford’s “evidence” and “testimony” doesn’t hold up. Either Ms. Mitchell thinks Dr. Ford is lying – or, almost as bad, she thinks that Dr. Ford doesn’t even come close to proving her allegations against Brett Kavanaugh. So, guess what. Judge Kavanaugh has to be declared “not guilty.” Anyone remember the jurisprudence stance of our constitutional republic and the rule of law – and our constitutional rights? Anyone remember “Presumed innocent, until proven guilty?”
Ms. Mitchell said, “There’s not enough evidence to bring this to an actual trial.” Therefore, Brett Kavanaugh can be “suspected” of guilt by anyone who wishes to go down that road (although they would never tolerate such a stance, if the charges were against themselves), but they cannot declare him “guilty.” Not in a constitutional republic. A third world country perhaps. A banana republic for sure. But not in America.
Here’s where we are. Judge Kavanaugh has to be “declared innocent.” Why? There’s no evidence otherwise. None.
I am a firm believer in the continued FBI investigation. Why? Because I think Kavanaugh is really guilty. No. Not at this point.
I want the FBI to investigate, because I think that we will soon discover that Dr. Ford is lying – in order to destroy a sitting Federal Judge and his family.
Now, that would be a crime. One that could actually be prosecuted. In the real-world that is.
