Karate-Loving 10 Year-Old Siberian Girl Fends Off Outdoor Pedophile Attack (Video)

In Lesosibirsk, a man suspected of attempting to sexually assault a young girl was detained.

The investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory initiated a criminal case against a 43-year-old resident of Lesosibirsk suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. “B” h. 4 Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (attempted commission of sexual assault against a minor).

According to the preliminary version of the investigation, on November 14, 2018, around 19 00 hours, a 10-year-old girl was going to karate classes, which take place in the MBOU “” Secondary School No. 1 “of the city of Lesosibirsk.

When the girl walked past the hockey rink, a man attacked her, pushed her to the ground, and, causing her numerous blows to the face, demanded to undress. At that moment, a woman was walking by, who stood up for the child.

The attacker was distracted by her, and at that moment the victim broke out and ran away. At present, the suspect is detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, the investigation of the criminal case continues.

According to Russian law, if convicted of sexual assault of a minor, the perpetrator faces between 12 and 20 years in jail.
