North Korea Weapon Development

Last Friday, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un visited a new testing site. This was his first public visit to a testing site in almost a year. Kim hailed it as “display of our rapidly-growing defense capabilities,”. Kim Jong Un said:

“This result today is a justification of the party’s policy focused on defense science and technology, another display of our rapidly growing defense capabilities to the whole region, and a groundbreaking change in strengthening our military’s combat capabilities,”

While some are viewing this with fearful eyes, Washington isn’t. This is North Korea taking steps to protect their nation, not inflicting harm on others. Washington said: “We remain confident that the promises made by President Trump and Chairman Kim will be fulfilled.” On the same day, North Korea deported a North American detainee back to the US.

This tactical weapon has been announced as a “steel wall” in the protection of North Korea. International weapons experts said the officials around Kim included a leader of the artillery corps of the Korean People’s Army. It is more aimed at reassuring the North Korean people than being a missile towards diplomatic talks, and since Donald Trump hasn’t made any furious tweets, we can be sure that it isn’t anything meant to attack the US with. Something that might be startling but also is not really credible as of right now, is one man’s statement of finding thousands of tanks with red stars on them located in a forest in Mexico. With only one source, it is important to take with a grain of salt unless actual photos or reports come out on this, but it is a well known theory that Mexico will be utilized by countries such as China to invade the US.
