Watch This Guy Keep His Cool Like a Boss Under Severe Police Intimidation

This cop might as well have said I’m trooper Sakurka from the Pennsylvania state police…do you know how black you were going back there. This cop pulls this guy over for no legitimate reason and now he wants to rub his hands all over the guy under the guise of officer safety. If these cops really cared about their safety and doing the right thing…they wouldn’t initiate the harassment sequence in the first place. (Clip)

Here’s the thing that sucks about the prison industrial complex, slave-making drug war. Cops operate on the plane of fiction…while everybody else lives in reality. Their authority is illegitimate…but you have to deal with their forceful intrusion into your life, which necessitates that you’re forced to play by their rules or things won’t go well for ya. According to the illegitimate courts, just by saying he can smell weed gives this agent of the state a reason, in his mind…to search your car.

Courts have ruled that the odor of contraband gives officers probable cause to perform a search. For this reason, police are quick to claim that they smell something and, as can be expected with a power tripper who wants to manipulate people…they lie. (clip)
 

That’s something you never wanna say. When you say get the dog you’re basically consenting to a search. You never wanna consent to an intrusion on your 4^th amendment rights. (clip)
 

So…lemme get this straight officer. You say you smelled weed and that alone gives you the right to search my vehicle…but your not gonna search my vehicle? So, you’re gonna accept the liability of me driving down the road, possibly under the influence of weed and put other motorists in danger? This cops actions tells you that both he and the female officer were lying about the odor of weed. (clip)
