Keep in mind, what we tolerate today as a nation, will be our future tomorrow. Secret Police in Portland have been caught on video abducting people tossing them into unmarked civilian cars. While many fear Martial Law, this is a step beyond.
A situation is playing out that has lasting ramifications. As we all recall after 9/11, we lost our rights and those rights were never returned. I’m in no way condoning the violance and rioting taking place in Portland, but we must not allow the government the power to haul people away, ignoring their 4th Amendment rights.

It’s true the military can’t police American streets, however there are a myriad of federal police agencies, divisions and departments who legitimately provide law enforcement functions throughout America every single day. There’s no restriction on their enforcement of federal law nor any legal requirement they wear uniforms or drive marked cars. Anyone contending different is a boldface liar.

The nonsensical suggestion that these brave men and women during the lawful execution of their duty are conducting extraordinary rendition, nabbing innocent protesters off the street is stategically deceptive.
