Complicated McFamily ties: Cindy McCain’s son-in-law is resolute conservative

Ben Domenech, publisher of The Federalist, has become a conservative fixture on Fox News, and with his sterling credentials it’s not difficult to see why. He is clearly not a fan of Joe Biden, which moves Domenech into the territory of conservative rarified air.  One of his Twitter posts included this wise sentiment, “You can tell a man’s vices by his friends, his virtues by his enemies.”

How all of this aligns with his mother-in-law’s radically leftist politics has not been fully explored, but raises bright red speculation flags. Anheuser-Busch beer distributorship heiress Cindy Hensley McCain, widow of pro-amnesty for illegals Republicrat John McCain, was in the forefront of the Joe Biden campaign. Ben Domenech is married to Meghan McCain. The couple has an infant daughter, Liberty Sage McCain Domenech born Sept. 28, 2020.

Cindy, known to be a vacuous publicity hound who has hired a Hollywood speaker‘s bureau to promote her, initially won acclaim as Arizona Junior Rodeo Queen in 1968 and being named the best dressed in her high school class. As McCain’s wife she favored pricey St. John knits for their packability. Though she claims to be a Republican, Cindy McCain was a member of the advisory board of the Biden-Harris Transition Team. Hoping for relevance, she reported a non-existent interracial human trafficking crime to police and was forced to issue an apology.

This past January, she was censured by the Arizona Republican Party for her cross-party presidential endorsement. Cindy declared the reprimand a “badge of honor.” Her intra-party rebuke emulates that of her democrat-colluding husband, John McCain, who was also previously censured.
