Never Before Revealed! Secret World Government Uses Undetectable Reptilian Technology To Communicate, And They Plan On Killing Many Humans To Make Earth Into A “Paradise”! All Governments Lack Enlightenment!!

It is always an incredible experience to see Jim Charles and others at Hucolo , and all channelers, channel beings from all over Creation, this time Mahatma Koot Hoomi.  This message provides great insight into the minds of the secret government… how they operate, what they are thinking, and how all earth governments are currently lacking in enlightenment.  They seem themselves as good… that’s interesting… and they are very intelligent, but that’s not enough to run a planet… we can’t just steer this ship with science and intelligence… we need more… this is a must listen, for anyone who seeks something better than what our current governments can help facilitate. 

Okay… so we have a dark secret gov, and we also have a spiritual hierarchy, Galactic Earth Council, Intergalactic Planetary Council, Galactic Federation Of Light and more… earth leadership ultimately has many layers… don’t miss: I Am In Charge Of This Planet!  Who Said It?

My quick notes! They want to bring everything in control so everything is good for the earth. They must do somethings that do not seem so positive: reduce population to have more control They can crash the economy and bring in a world economy. After that, it will be health and goodness, and peace and compatibility for everyone, that they would control. They want everyone to be divided. They would kill off much of the population but that would be all right with them. All of this would seem ‘very natural’. They do it through: Disease Controlling the weather Vaccines not for sterilization to the fullest extent. They don’t want to the population to be fully sterile. They want to have a good image. They are getting rid of lower ranks: prostitutes, human traffickers, drug addicts… they are now sacrificing them. They want to get read of the jewish leaders. They don’t want the jewish people to think they are better. The secret and regular governments are not enlightened. They go about things in 3D, if they were enlightened they’d have different methods than they do. Illuminati: secret society of scientists and philosophers… Spiritual Hierarchies are available and working towards positive outcome for the planet. They see what the cabal wants is not all positive. They also see if the cabal has to, it will cause a great deal of destruction and damage to this planet, they are also looking out for that. They want to take people out with destruction: storms, earthquakes, volcanoes and disease. The spiritual hierarchy wants to stop this. Secret gov. is centralized… at the top… 13 people, some say 7, some say 12. This group meets by way of technology and never meets in person. They discuss things through ultra-higher frequency waves that cannot be detected by anyone… they got this through reptilians. They are not centralized by location, they are all over the place: US, Canada, China, Japan, Russia, England, Australia… likely Israel as well. They are in control of the news and keep an eye on it. Koot Humi not in body at the moment They keep in touch… every 3-6 months. Secret gov overall is several hundred thousand. 40% are human!! They may be living in spiritual energy places. Humanity doesn’t have lots of experience in managing ourselves without secret government. The lightside is already planned to make their moves… the change will have to be gradual. As time moves on, gradual positive changes will be made, so that the cabal is not so suspicious of these changes. The plan is already been set. The plan is very effective. “Aliens” have changed their first contact process. This planet must be dealt with gradually in al ways. Gradual first contact, will help people understand what is really happening. The cabal sees this happening and are planning to maybe do a fake invasion of aliens, so that people will not trust aliens anymore. We know they have that plan, the world does not. Many things cannot be discussed because they can’t give away what they are going to do. Opportunities to visit inside the spaceships is coming but not soon.   Indian:  Well… that’s very interesting… it’s important to not take sides, and to enjoy the experience of earth, that involves so many ways of thinking and being.  We ALL know in our hearts, that humanity needs enlightened leadership.  If we cannot provide this for ourselves, then obviously we can attract off-world mentors who can assist us at every level, to make this transition.

Join with humanity and our spiritual hierarchy, in sending love to all our governments and leadership of all organizations, and then extend that love to those who do not share the frequencies of love.  It’s how we all can and shall heal.

As we connect with our hearts, we can feel good to be, feel good to be on earth, feel good to be on earth no matter what is happening… and feel good to be on earth, no matter who has plans, that do not resonate with us.  Love transmutes all plans to see to trespass against another.

Remember… love is how we join with our Creator’s plan… which trumps all earthly plans that are not love… make sense?

Here’s a message from the Arcturians… they are also beings without a physical body… they have spiritual bodies though… they communicate with earth from several channelers, and humans will eventually meet them too, in some way, shape or form. Remember humans… at the soul level, none of us come from the physical world in any universe… the soul is light and these bodies are simply meatsuits. Honestly, we if just all work together in unity, this planet will be a paradise planet for all to share… isn’t the competition thing, getting a little old for everyone?

Because if that is the case, then it’s no longer unknown to you. Now you are creating it with your imagination and creating it to be something you don’t want it to be. But if instead, you can recognize that the unknown sometimes contains something better, then you can get excited about it. When we talk to you about shifting to the fifth dimension, we are talking to you about something that is mostly unknown to you. Most people have only had a glimpse of what the fifth dimension is like. And so, really you just want to start assuming that whatever is coming to you that is unknown to you right now will be better. It certainly will be your creation, and you are evolving and becoming more than you have ever been before there on Earth. So then, it would follow that what you are creating is better than what you have experienced and even better than what you can imagine. The energies that are upon you right now are very supportive of you creating with vibration, rather than thought and imagination.
