COVID-19 “vaccines” are the latest weapons of the depopulation program envisioned by Henry Kissinger in his infamous 1974 secret National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200). The memo was titled “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests,” wherein Kissinger argued that for America to control the strategic resources of Third World nations it must actively reduce their populations by millions of lives.

This was nothing new. Kissinger simply reinvigorated a culling strategy that had been successfully deployed for more than 500 years. They have used several devious means to accomplish their aims, including the poisoning of food and farmland (as with Agent Orange), the infliction of famine and disease, the waging of wars, and the deployment of vaccines. As CIA scientist Nathan Gordon testified before the Senate in 1976, “the only way that you could kill those large numbers of people as related to the quantity of stockpile [is] to put some of them in one long line and inoculate each and every one.”

In 1977, Ray Ravenholt, the director of the State Department’s Office of Population, publicly announced his agency’s goal to sterilize one hundred million (100,000,000) of the world’s women! Reflecting Kissinger’s secret memo (NSSM-200), he reasoned that population control is required to maintain “the normal operation of U.S. commercial interests around the world.” Without it “the world would rebel against the strong U.S. commercial presence.” The agency claimed to have 500 doctors in 60 countries trained in “surgical sterilization” using a frightening medieval device known as a laparoscope.

The Genesis of U.S. Government Population Control

The United States National Security Council is the highest decision-making body regarding foreign policy in the United States. On December 10, 1974, it completed a top-secret document entitled National Security Study Memorandum or NSSM-200, also called The Kissinger Report, since Henry Kissinger was Secretary of State at the time it was written.

The subject of NSSM-200 is “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” This document, published shortly after the first major international population conference in Bucharest, was the result of collaboration among the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Departments of State, Defense and Agriculture.

NSSM-200 was made public when it was declassified and was transferred to the U.S. National Archives in 1990.

Although the United States government has issued hundreds of policy papers dealing with various aspects of American national security since 1974, The Kissinger Report continues to be the foundational document on U.S. government population control. It therefore continues to represent official United States policy on government population control and, in fact, is still posted on the USAID website.

When it comes to a group like the Royal Insitute of International Affairs, it is hard to argue that such charges are misplaced.

That the group publishes its International Affairs magazine under the auspices of Oxford University speaks to the think tank’s historical roots. The lecture is based around the following quote from his book Tragedy & Hope, pp. 1247-1248: “The National parties and their presidential candidates, with the Eastern Establishment assiduously fostering the process behind the scenes, moved closer together and nearly met in the center with almost identical candidates and platforms, although the process was concealed as much as possible, by the revival of obsolescent or meaningless war cries and slogans (often going back to the Civil War)….The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can “throw the rascals out” at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy. … Either party in office becomes in time corrupt, tired, unenterprising, and vigorless. At the beginning of the crisis-torn 1970′s, certain influential persons within the American establishment had clearly decided a drastic shift in direction of US global policy was in order.

The most influential persons were David and Nelson Rockefeller, and the group of influential political and business figures around the Rockefeller family. The family’s power center was the exclusive organization created in the aftermath of World War I, the New York Council on Foreign Relations.

In the 1960′s the Rockefellers were at the power center of the US establishment. The family and its various foundations dominated think-tanks, academia, government and private business in the 1960′s in a manner no other single family in United States history had managed to then. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger had been their hand-picked protégé, recruited from Harvard in the late 1950′s to work for a new Rockefeller Foundation project.

One response by the US establishment inner-circles to the late-1960′s crisis in the American hegemony, was a decision to create a new division of the global economic spoils, for the first time inviting Japan into the “rich-mens’ club”

In 1973, following a meeting of some 300 influential, handpicked friends of the Rockefeller brothers from Europe, North America and Japan, David Rockefeller expanded the influence of his establishment friends and founded a powerful new global policy circle, the Trilateral Commission. The ‘triangle’ included North America, Europe and now, Japan.

Among the 1973 founding members of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission were Zbigniew Brzezinski, and a Georgia Governor and peanut farmer, James Earl “Jimmy” Carter, along with George H.W. Bush, Paul Volcker, later named by President Jimmy Carter as Federal Reserve chairman, and Alan Greenspan, then a Wall Street investment banker.

… Brzezinski had just written a book where he proposed the idea of consolidation of American corporate and banking influence worldwide via a series of regular closed-door policy meetings between the select business elites of Europe, North America and Japan.

His personal views were not exactly the stuff of traditional American democracy and liberty. In this little-known book, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, published in 1970, Brzezinski referred to the significant policy voices in the United States as, “the ruling elite’ stating bluntly that, “Society would be dominated by an elite … [which] would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control .”

Brzezinski was chosen by David Rockefeller to be the first Executive Director for Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission.

In 1991, the Club of Rome, a group of ‘elite’ individuals (think tank for the Vatican?), published a book called ‘The First Global Revolution.’ In that book, they admitted to inventing the climate change agenda as a ‘common enemy’ of mankind, in order to unite the world. Take a look at the following statement from the 1991 book:

“In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. In their totality and their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which must be confronted by everyone together.” (The First Global Revolution – A Report by the Council of the Club of Rome, p.75)

As you can see from the above quote, the Club of Rome admitted to ‘coming up with the idea’ that ‘global warming’, (now called ‘climate change’ because facts prove the earth isn’t warming as they said it would) could be used as a ‘common enemy’ to unite the world together. As stated in the book, they clearly had a plan to try and unite the world and a ‘common enemy’ would be needed to fulfill this plan:

“It would seem that men and women need a common motivation, namely a common adversary against whom they can organize themselves and act together.” (The First Global Revolution – A Report by the Council of the Club of Rome, p.70)

Anyone who bothers to do some research will discover that climate change as presented to us by the political gods is a fraud. It was developed in its latest incarnation by the Club of Rome (see their own documents) to generate a fictitious threat to humanity for purposes related to creating a more manageable constituency.

Problem, reaction, solution: the Hegelian Dialectic in action. After their eugenics policies are implemented they would like to turn what’s left of humanity into a feudalistic society with their Luciferian religion at the helm.

Let’s not forget these facts: In the 1970s many of these global warming scientists said we were heading into a new ice age. Politicians and media pundits sometimes twist the truth.
