On February 22, 2018 Lawrence Dean O’Bryan telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth and said he was a mind control victim under the MK Ultra program and Satanic Ritual Abuse.
“Part of my programming was to be either handcuffed, roped, or duct taped to chairs and watch them cannibalize infants on the five satanic points of the pentagram,” O’Bryan said. He said this was done on Winter-Summer Solstice, Christmas, Valentines, and Halloween eve.
O’Bryan named people he watched eat a living baby while opera music played, including a former U.S. Congressman.
O’Bryan says he was career special operator that communicated directly in person with several U.S. Presidents.
“I’ve been on 444 covert missions at a mind control level. I have five operational names with six different groups,” O’Bryan said.
O’Bryan was held in the custody of the state of Florida for six years after a shootout with St. John’s County deputies; a situation that led to O’Bryan being declared incompetent. He told Holmseth he only fired several warning shots at the deputies after they opened up with AK-47’s with his little girl in the room.
