I suspect they will say a “gas leak”, but this house would have had to have been sealed tight, and allowed to fill with gas for a couple of hours to produce this kind of pop, which I doubt as the gas/air mix would have found an ignition source before the entire house got a chance to fill a maximum charge of gas that it could hold.
